1998
The first company in the Cordis Group, 'AND Consultancy',
was established by Specialist Dr. Arif Nihat Dursun
to provide source material and education for medical
doctors studying for the examination in their specialist
fields.
1999
AND publishes Turkey's first magazine, PreTUS, containing
questions from the Specialization in Medicine examinations
(TUS).
AND commences scientific publishing and consultancy
services in the Turkish pharmaceuticals sector.
2000
AND takes over the preparation and printing of PRATİSYEN,
a magazine for physicians put together by ROCHE and
the first professionally sponsored magazine in the
Turkish pharmaceuticals sector.
2001
AND develops a group of magazines sponsored by pharmaceutical
firms. These include Incognito, Pratisyen, Nefromagazin,
Kilometrekare, Megazin, Oksijen, Osseus, Corpus, Sporx,
Mozaik, Biloknot, Eleleyaşam, Miaklasik, Orijinal,
Seramaksimum, Endike, Dinamig, Spatula, Ritim and
Nefron.
2003
When Turkish Airlines' in-flight magazine, Skylife,
is privatized, the group wins the contract and takes
over preparation of the publication's contents and
soliciting of advertising as well as printing operations.
2005
The CORDIS GROUP, made of up DİSKUS, REKAND and AND,
is founded. Diskus specializes in publishing, and
REKAND in media marketing.
2006
This time the group's publishing member, DİSKUS, wins
the contract to publish Skylife, which had been contracted
to AND for the previous three years.
DNA Production and P TV AŞ are added to the group.
P TV is a television channel that broadcasts in the
health field, DNA a production company that makes
films for television.
2007
A health website, www.saglikkanali.com, is launched
on the internet. It is the first website in Turkish
to broadcast videos about health on the internet.
Istanbul City, a comprehensive magazine in Turkish
and English with articles about the city's history
as well as its touristic, cultural and social life,
commences publication.
2008
AtlasJet's JetLife in-flight magazines joined the
Cordis Group. The production, printing and marketing
of these magazines has been turned over to the Cordis
Group.
The renting of the
commercial spaces of AtlasJet, ETS Tur and Didim Tur,
are now marketed by RekAnd, a member of our group.
